Britannia St.
A beautiful install including exposed ducting, pipework, A/C systems, conduit, cabling and containment. Multiple floor standing Mitsubishi units are concealed behind walls for a minimalist design. We supplied and installed multiple VRF air-conditioning systems, ventilation & fresh air systems, domestic water, heating, waste, lighting, mains power supply, and other electrical works.
TLE Finchley
Another project with exposed elements such as ducting, piping, cabling, and more. In this nursery, we installed these services with not only safety in mind, but also quality and detail to ensure we met the client’s specification. This project included multiple VRF air-conditioning systems, domestic water, heating, waste, lighting, mains power supply, and electrical works.
Martin Lane
A clean installation of ducting, insulation, pipes, conduit, lagging and more. All services were kept exposed and show off their straight edges, parallel designs, and detailing. Includes several VRF A/C systems with multiple BC (Branch Controller) boxes and units, tray and conduit for containment, ducting and grilles on show for ventilation, domestic water services, heating, waste, lighting, and mains power supply.
Sutton Yard
More systems kept on-show for this project, with clean, straight tray and conduit to contain all A/C pipework and electrical cabling. Parallel and evenly spaced units are hung above and perpendicular to the lighting and close to the ceiling to provide an airy office space. The exposed ducting and grilles provide the cooled air and fit the space’s aesthetic perfectly. This project included multiple VRF air-conditioning systems, domestic water, heating, waste, lighting, mains power supply, and electrical works.
Rowbots
A unique and vibrant installation in Rowbots gyms. We installed Samsung Mini-VRV systems, which included their black circular cassette units to fit the space’s aesthetic. We fitted straight basket to support cables on show, perpendicular to the tube lighting, while hiding the A/C pipework and plumbing services above the ceiling to help keep the area feeling as open as possible. Full install including Mini-VRV air-conditioning systems, ventilation & fresh air systems, domestic water, heating, waste, lighting, mains power supply, and electrical works.
Cannon Green
A towering office building with 2 sections in which we installed over 10 VRF systems. Each floor was fitted with A/C concealed in the ceiling void and linear grilles to diffuse the supply air. This allowed the office space to feel more open along with the neatly installed parallel light fittings and conduit. Full install including multiple VRF air-conditioning systems, ventilation & fresh air systems, domestic water, heating, waste, lighting, mains power supply, and electrical works.
Compton Courtyard
Another project with exposed elements, such as the VRF systems for each floor with cassette-style A/C units. Most pipework, lagging, tray, and conduit were kept exposed to show off all services supplying the building. Full install including multiple VRF air-conditioning systems, ventilation & fresh air systems, domestic water, heating, waste, lighting, mains power supply, and electrical works.
